If you’re like me and you’ve had a spiritual awakening, it may be time to break out of your comfort zone.
Today I’m going to talk all about how to get out of your comfort zone and grow through your healing journey.
When we have a deeper calling within ourselves, and when we move through our healing journeys, we tend to want to make a difference in the world. We want to make a difference; we want to live our purpose; we want to find a deeper meaning to life.
So for us to find that and find that purpose within ourselves, we have to step out of our comfort zones and grow. And when we step out of our comfort zones, we learn so much more, we become wiser than ever before, and we become more of our authentic selves, so it’s an exhilarating time.
It can be scary, but after you have stepped out of your comfort zone you feel amazing, and you feel so good about yourself.
Today I’m going to talk about three steps to take so you can move through and step out of your comfort zone, and start to grow through your healing journeys.
STEP #1 -To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone And GROW
Step one is to take your time and one step at a time. I’m not telling you to go extreme and take this massive leap of faith and do something overboard that you aren’t feeling comfortable with — one step at a time.
For example, something that I did throughout my healing journey is that when I went through my spiritual awakening, I knew that I had more. I knew that I had a deeper calling, a bigger purpose, a mission, but I wasn’t sure what it was, and I wasn’t clear on it. But I was aware of the signs and signals, and I was called to go to Gabby Bernstein’s Master Class #2, which is a pretty big deal.
STEP #2 -To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone And GROW
Visualization helps prepare you for stepping outside of your comfort zone. Sitting in visualization and creating what it is that you see for yourself. I tend to love to put on powerful music, and I do this every day because I have a big vision for myself. So I tend to put on Sia, Bird Set Free, or Elastic Heart, and I close my eyes, and I visualize what is going to become of my life.
STEP #3 -To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone And GROW
Allow yourself to be vulnerable. And for a lot of people, being vulnerable in public can be very scary. And sharing your authentic self, being true, being real. A lot of us walk around the world with these masks on because we’re too afraid to show who we truly are within. Truly we are the biggest judges of ourselves.
We judge ourselves more than other people judge us. Don’t worry, if people are judging you, it’s because they’re struggling within themselves. Just know being vulnerable is a beautiful way to express yourself and to show your true colors.
