Do listen to your inner guide?
I’m going to share four amazing tips to help you listen to your inner guide!
Every single one of us has an inner guide inside of us. All we have to do is tap within and trust and believe that no matter what we’re always being guided in the right direction. When we feel like we’re not in alignment and things are feeling a little bit rocky, we can call upon our inner guide to lead the way. All we have to do is tap into these four tips, and you are going to be led in the right direction.
Tip #1 is Hear Your Inner Guide is – Trust
Tip number one is trust. Your inner guide sounds just like you. It could be a little whisper, or you could hear it already within you without hearing anything. It’s just that intuition; you’re tapping into that.
If you have watched the movie Eat, Pray, Love, when Liz is scrambling around the house, she’s thinking about leaving her husband and then all of a sudden she hears this voice saying, “Liz, go back to bed.” That was her inner guide. So this is just an example.
So all we have to do is trust. The inner guide can come up in meditation, yoga, or when you’re amid an obstacle or a hardship. Our Western minds are like a monkey brain, and we’re thinking about a million things all the time. We can have a hard time grasping this, so this is why I’m talking about this today because it’s so important.
And it’s helped lead my path, especially when I just went through the loss of my mother and I felt like I had nobody to turn to for guidance.
So I tapped into my inner guide, and it has helped me tremendously over the years. And it still does to this day, and it will for the rest of my life. So this is a super important topic.
Tip #2 is Hear Your Inner Guide is – Patience
After you trust and you believe that you have an inner guide, the next step is to have patience. It’s not going to happen right away. You have to have patience, and eventually, it will show up. So relax, you’ve already sent out into the universe that you trust, and now you need to have nice, calm patience.
Tip #3 is Hear Your Inner Guide is – Practice
The practice draws awareness, so when we can practice, we can strengthen our inner guide within us. So by doing deep breathing, breath work, yoga, meditation, and when we meditate, it’s really when we’re looking within ourselves. Strengthening that relationship that we have with our inner guide we can let go of that ego mind because the ego mind is not true.
It’s not real, and sometimes the ego mind will be like, “Oh, well, I heard something, “but that was just a coincidence.” Well, no, it is true. That is your inner guide giving you direction.
Tip #4 is Hear Your Inner Guide is – Receive
Number four is to believe, and you will receive. After you’ve taken the steps of trusting, of having patience, of practicing, and of believing, you will receive, my friend. Let me tell you; this is when miracles happen. This is when you don’t need to go to anybody else for guidance.
All you have to do is tap within yourself and ask your inner guide what is the next step for you? What do you need to do? So if you don’t believe in yourself, that this is true for you, it’s not going to happen.
But if you trust the process and you take these steps, and you play full out with an open heart, I promise you your inner guide will help lead your way.
