How’s your vibration?
Vibration is everything. We are either vibrating in a high frequency or a low frequency and when we tend to go through the loss of a loved one or something traumatic in our lives, we vibrate at a very low frequency.
This becomes really important that as we start moving through our healing journeys. We can start to vibe at a high frequency. When we vibe at a high frequency, we can literally have anything in our lives, and when we’re vibrating in a high frequency, we’re starting to live in alignment. Today we are going to talk about 10 ways to raise your vibration.
My first tip, of course, is meditation. Meditation is so important. By meditating for at least 10 minutes a day, it’s going to help you bring up your vibration level where you can start to think clearly, start to bring in those positive thoughts, let go of those negative thoughts, those low vibration energies, and it’s so important to spend that mindful time by yourself.
My next tip is to get your body moving. I tend to exercise almost every single day for at least 30 minutes. I’m not telling you that you have to exercise every day, but get that body moving, whether that be dancing. I know that when I go out salsa dancing, my vibration is through the moon. That’s something I am super passionate about. I love salsa dancing.
My next tip is to do the things that you love. This is what life’s all about, to do the things that we love, whether that be a hobby, hanging out with friends, traveling, painting, going on an adventure of some sort, going on a retreat. For me, I love traveling.
The next tip that I have for you is to eat a vegan diet. I find that when I eat vegetables and fruits strictly, start to drink lots of really healthy filtered water; my vibration is lifted.
The next tip that I have for you is to listen to the right music. Sometimes, when we’re going through our healing journeys, we tend to put on those low vibration music, the sad songs. Well, I’m asking you to put on some good, high vibration music that gets you feeling good.
Another tip that I have for you is use crystals. I have a collection of crystals. When I feel kind of low vibration, low vibe, I’ll start to carry different crystals with me that helps bring up my vibration. I always wear my necklace, which is rose quartz, and that always helps me every single day.
The next is practice gratitude. Gratitude is so important. And I’m sure you’ve heard me say this multiple times. We all have something to be genuinely grateful for, every single day, and when we tap into gratitude and honestly feel it in our hearts and feel so grateful for what we have, it brings our vibration up.
Next tip is to spend time in nature. There is so much energy in nature, and it is vibing high out there. It’s vibing so high. The plants. The river. The water. Everything is so healing in nature. It’s the portal of the universe, out there in nature, so connect.
My next tip is to organize and clean your environment. Our environment is so important. And I’m sure that you find that you’re vibing pretty high when you have a clean house. You are cleansing everything, and it just feels good.
The next tip is to give out love. When I’m constantly giving out love, I feel so good. And when I’m vibrating high, I’m always giving out love, sending love.
